JR Office/ Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Looking for JR office manager with a wide variety of responsibility while we expand. We are looking to train and grow together so experience is not required. Looking for a smart well written self starter who wants to advance their career and forge into new areas and gain new experiences, Must be able to self learn and self develop along side the rest of the office.

Job Responsibilities

  • General activities inline with our office and its operations, Ensuring all services are running. Materials and office supplies are purchased and controlled. Show room is kept presentable.
  • Execute on showroom projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Support office employees
  • Social media posting and blogging.
  • Gather content from field staff and create regular posting,
  • If needed organize field trips to gather content and work with a video editor to create video content.
  • Communicate with past customers to help generate better online reviews.
  • Research Local groups for best social media presence

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license would be nice,
  • Experience in social media platforms like IG, TIK TOK, FB etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Salary based on experience.
