1. Vision Consultation
Enjoy a detailed consultation at your property with your dedicated landscape designer. At the meeting, your landscaper will listen to your ideas and do a thorough evaluation of your site to determine what would work best in your space. We’ll make recommendations based on your land and how you will use the space to ensure its longevity and proper functionality. During this meeting we will also discuss budget and timeline so you know what to expect going forward.

2. Design Plan
We'll start by creating a conceptual plan to scale and build a budget that reflects the plan. Your landscaper will meet with you to review the plan, walk through the placement on your property, discuss materials, and present the budget. The designer will work with you until you’re comfortable with the plan.

3. Design Agreement
It’s time to agree to a final landscape plan and proposal. When you're ready to move forward, we'll work with you to establish an estimated start date, timeline, and deadline for your project. You will provide a deposit based upon the amount of the signed landscape proposal. Your landscape designer will answer your questions, handle changes efficiently on your behalf, and oversee your landscape installation.

4. Construction
Our team will build and install your landscape. We handle the entire installation and construction process in-house so every detail follows your design plan. As needed, we'll coordinate with your HOA for the approval of your landscape project.
